Read the latest blog hosted by the Guardian’s Public Leaders Network by Sue Ferns, head of Prospect communications and research. Ferns focuses on a recent report by Professor Sir John Beddington – ‘The future of the civil service: making the most of scientists and engineers.’
In it Ferns says the report should be required reading in the Cabinet Office, especially for those currently working on the civil service capability plan.
